The size stated on the individual product page, is the internal (image/perspex) size because the external size will vary depending on your frame choice. To work out the exact external measurements look for your frame choice below:

Products that are made with love down under will ship within 7-14 business days from the date you place your order.
Internationally made products will ship within 2 business days.
Based on their usual delivery habits, the below can be expected:
VIC, NSW, SA, ACT, QLD – 3-10 business days
WA & NT – 5-12 business days
Also, if you live in one of those wonderful outback areas, you can expect the postie to take an extra 3-4 business days to reach you.
No one likes the words postage fees, but someone needs to help keep our posties in jobs!
To make the concept more bearable, we only charge a flat fee of $9.95 for each product.

Whilst we hope this doesn’t happen, we want you to absolutely love your purchase, so if you do change your mind, your product can be returned as long as it’s not a custom designed one.
The return must be completed within 7 days of the date you receive the product and it must be in “new condition” along with all the original packaging.
The product should be returned using a secure delivery method, which requires a signature on receipt of the goods.
To create a return, please contact an Iconiko tribe member by email with the product name, order number and the reason for the return at firstname.lastname@example.org.
On occasion transit damage does occur, and whilst it’s always a bummer when it happens, there is no need to stress as we will replace or refund any product damaged in transit.
For a replacement or refund to occur, it is important that the goods are inspected on delivery and the delivery rejected should there be any visible signs of transit damage. Please do not sign for the goods if you know there is something wrong with them.
Upon rejection of the order, please email email@example.com with as much detail concerning the transit damage as you can, along with the order number and your contact details.
We provide a 12 month warranty for all of our products. The warranty period commences from the date that the products were received.
The warranty covers the replacement or repair (at our discretion) of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damaged caused by abnormal use of the product. The warranty also does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.
Please ensure you carefully read any care instructions provided with your product and follow the instructions carefully as your product will not be covered by the warranty otherwise.
