Hopefully sizing things isn’t too technical for you, but if it is, skip the below & just give an Iconiko tribe member a buzz on 1300 58 58 23.

The size stated on the individual product page, is the internal (image/perspex) size because the external size will vary depending on your frame choice. To work out the exact external measurements look for your frame choice below:


Box Frame (Black, Caramel, White, Natural) – Add 3.2cm

For Example:

160cm x 120cm = 163.2cm x 123.2cm

115cm x 85cm = 118.2cm x 88.2cm

Framed Prints

Angled (Black, Caramel, Chocolate, Grey, Natural) – Add 3cm

For Example:

112cm x 76cm = 115cm x 79cm

80cm x 60cm = 83cm x 63cm

Angled (White) – Add 4 cm

For Example:

80cm x 60cm = 84cm x 64cm

60cm x 40cm = 64cm x 44cm

Black and White Gloss –  Add 4.2cm

For Example:

We get that size matters for most people, so our artwork can be custom sized.

Matching frames to furniture can be tricky business, but we are here to help.

Afterpay is the newest version of Layby – with one major difference – it allows you to get your products straight away.

All you have to do is select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout and then you can pay for your products over four equal instalments. 

Sounds too good to be true? Well that’s because it is. You won’t pay an extra cent unless you are late on your fortnightly instalment, so all you need to do is make sure you pay on time. It’s that simple!

Products that are made with love down under will ship within 7-14 business days from the date you place your order.

Internationally made products will ship within 2 business days.

Based on their usual delivery habits, the below can be expected:

VIC, NSW, SA, ACT, QLD –  3-10 business days
WA & NT – 5-12 business days 

Also, if you live in one of those wonderful outback areas, you can expect the postie to take an extra 3-4 business days to reach you.

No one likes the words postage fees, but someone needs to help keep our posties in jobs!

To make the concept more bearable, we only charge a flat fee of $29.95 for each product.

If you’re still confused about the postage cost, it’s all good because the handy automatic calculator will tell you what you need to pay at checkout.


Whilst we hope this doesn’t happen, we want you to absolutely love your purchase, so if you do change your mind, your product can be returned as long as it’s not a custom designed one.

The return must be completed within 7 days of the date you receive the product and it must be in “new condition” along with all the original packaging.

The product should be returned using a secure delivery method.

A full refund will be provided on the condition of the above requirements being me.

To create a return, please contact an Iconiko tribe member by email with the product name, order number, picture of the return and the reason for the return at tribecare@iconiko.com.au.

On occasion transit damage does occur, and whilst it’s always a bummer when it happens, there is no need to stress as we will replace or refund any product damaged in transit.

For a replacement or refund to occur, it is important that the goods are inspected on delivery and the delivery rejected should there be any visible signs of transit damage. Please do not sign for the goods if you know there is something wrong with them.

Upon rejection of the order, please email tribecare@iconiko.com.au with as much detail concerning the transit damage as you can, along with the order number and your contact details.

We provide a 12 month warranty for all of our products. The warranty period commences from the date that the products were received.

The warranty covers the replacement or repair (at our discretion) of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damaged caused by abnormal use of the product. The warranty also does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.

Please ensure you carefully read any care instructions provided with your product and follow the instructions carefully as your product will not be covered by the warranty otherwise.

If you have a warranty claim, please send your details, the product details, the order number and the warranty issue to tribecare@iconiko.com.au.


There are many aspects of the site, which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to further Iconiko customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username, password, address and phone number. You may also have to provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password. We only collect personal information, which is required to conduct our business as an online provider of goods.

We respect your privacy and will only disclose information shared with us so that we can provide you with the goods and services you have requested of us. Please be assured we will not disclose information about you unless the disclosure is required or authorised by law, you have consented to our disclosing the information about you, or for another purpose (related to the primary purpose of collecting that information) that you would reasonably expect.
For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.
Iconiko reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles. We may notify you about changes to this privacy policy by posting an updated version on our website. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.
We will always take reasonable steps to secure your personal information. Personal information may be stored both electronically (on our computer system) and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, anti-virus software and email filters, as well as passwords, protect all our electronic information.
You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons.
