Change of Mind
Whilst we hope this doesn’t happen, we want you to absolutely love your purchase, so if you do change your mind, your product can be returned as long as it’s not a custom-designed product.
The return must be completed within 7 days of the date you receive the product and it must be in “new condition” along with all the original packaging.
The product should be returned using a secure delivery method.
A full refund will be provided on the condition that the above requirements are met.
To create a return, please contact an Iconiko tribe member by email with the order number, picture of the return, and the reason for the return at email@example.com.
On occasion transit damage does occur, and whilst it’s always a bummer when it happens, there is no need to stress as we will replace or refund any product damaged in transit.
For a replacement or refund to occur, it is important that the goods are rejected should there be any visible signs of transit damage to the packaging. Please do not sign for the goods if you know there is something wrong with them.
To process a claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail concerning the transit damage as you can, along with pictures, the order number, and your contact details.
We provide a 12-month warranty for all of our products. The warranty period commences from the date that the products were received.
The warranty covers the replacement or repair (at our discretion) of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by abnormal use of the product. The warranty also does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way.
Please ensure you carefully read any care instructions provided with your product and follow the instructions carefully as your product will not be covered by the warranty otherwise.
